Most of the time when YouTube puts a content warning on a video, it's overreach and excessive. This is the first time I've watched a video without a content warning, and felt like it should've had one.

@joescott – Wondering if you can see what ads get attached to your content by the YouTube algorithms? I try to keep myself as detached from ad profiling as possible so I don't usually see ads "directed" to my "interests". I see very generalized ads during content viewing. The ads connected to this story were fringe to say the least! Self healing stuff, special medical treatments for "bad backs" that are sudo science, how to avoid baggage fees while flying, and many other "weird ones" I never saw before that I don't even remember because I skip through. I thought this very remarkable and interesting, which ads the algo's pick, to content that is addressing "woo woo" information.
Anyway, if you can see the ad content showing during your stuff you may be surprised! You could do a whole show in how this off the wall stuff gets gets used by the ad algorithms of YouTube.
