I'm surprised he doesn't mention that playing Shaggy in the Scooby Doo live-action movies led to him voicing the character since 2010, which I'm sure has kept him afloat all these years

It's a tiny role, but I was really touched by his performance in Life of Chuck. The way he delivered those lines felt so real.

I still have a crush on this guy. Also, he has an incredible memory.

I've never heard anyone call Hackers an under performing, or under appreciated movie before… It has always been an extremely popular movie among everyone I have known. Among old school ravers, it is one of the top 10 movies of all time. It is easily the best film on that whole list.
I myself have always loved the film. I saw it in theatres several times. I have owned a copy on VHS, DVD, and digital.

Why doesn't he ever talk about 13 Ghosts? a good little scary/campy movie for the time and he did a really good job on it. Very likeable character.

They didn't mention his performance in Twin Peaks The Return? That's crushing. He was magnificent.

With all the nostalgia sequels coming out. I totally think a Hackers 2 with some of the original cast coming back would be cool. Hackers vs AI corporations.

More people should check him in "The Bridge". Fantastic series, which ended too soon.

Scooby-Doo was the first film I saw Matthew Lillard in because I was only 5 years old when scream came out in 1996. No offense to anyone please.

He's great in every one of his roles. Shout out to Thirteen Ghosts, underrated. SLC Punk is also a great favorite.

No wonder Quentin Tarantino ripped imtp Matthew: He mirrors, what Tarantino lacks: Emotional maturity.

I’ve said it before, I’m still saying it now, and I’ll keep saying it: the cast of the “Scooby‑Doo” movie is the best cast in the entire history of cinema! In particular, Matthew is an excellent Shaggy. And the fact that he’s been voicing Shaggy for years only confirms it.

15 minutes for someone like Matthew who has a VERY long career, is a shame. Variety do better. Unless he was busy and couldn’t give you more time.

Actors are SO SELF INVOLVED. I can like their movies and characters but think they are shitty people in real like. "Be Seen by My People". Laughable.

I was hoping The Curve would be included here. Super underrated thriller that he played the antagonist in
