Joanna, what YOUR IDEA of dementia is, seems to be late stage, just before death, murmuring and mumbling…
The ither thing you don't take into account: He's taking drugs that HELP HIM. Do you recall,
"UNITED SCHTACHES"…?
How about, the same week, he COULD NOT SAY THE LAST WORD,
he spoke words, then finished with … "uhhhhhh". Not a word, where there was supposed to be a word.
Two weeks later, he had reclaimed his language, sort of. The docs were giving him some effective drugs. Look up — "phoenemic aphasia meds?"
You will find what he's being given.
Also, he is imbibing (likely Xelstrym, skin patch drug delivery of dextroamphetamine. Adderall is one of this family. Trump was addicted to Adderall for years — see Noel Casler, who was the "talent handler" for Donald and Ivanka, both, during the filming of The Apprentice.
You seem to WANT TRUMP to not be what Dr. Gartner (and over 500 mental disorder PhD's & MD's) asserts he has.
Joanna: Have you looked up, online, "Narcissistic personality disorder" and, what makes it worse and worse? Spend 30 min reading on personality disorders.
Open your mind, because it's clear you have bias, but, I believe you simply haven't read up on it, enough.
How about looking up "Frontotemporal dementia", symptoms, self-awareness (there is none), it's progression, and HOW IT IS DIAGNOSED?
Spend another 20-30 min on that. It will help you be a better media publisher — it will also help America.

What makes it so hard to understand about his dementia is how his mind still works fine for breaking laws, coming up with "deals" and ideas on how to steal, cheat, taking oil from other countries and making money for himself, grif off millions, billions of dlls from americans and on and on… 🤔

He's far from the only doctor saying this, 36 (I think it was) were signatories on a letter to congress saying the same thing & that he should be removed. There are many others who have shared the same opinion in other forums. I mention them because most of us pn two continents watch em . I did locate Dr. Gartner's book, "Rocket Man" and bought it. I had a couple of minutes available to read a few pages to wet my beak, and I was immediately drawn in. Considering Dr. Gartner wrote his book in 2018 is even more prescient. He knew what was happening with Our Dear Leader 8 – 9 years ago. Look at the evil Frankenstein of a monster we are dealing with now.
