So like, you know, cap or no cap refers to if something is exaggerated or BS or not, because exaggerations are extra the way capitalized words are extra and usually unnecessary to make the point in the first place.

I am so old, like I speak like I am a val dude from the San Fernando Valley, but I'm from Louisiana – no cap. But only when I'm feeling younger than I really am.

And sorry Nick, you have claimed to have been born in 1991 before. So generation Y, or Millinial. You may have your choice.

At his last show Matteo explained how Nick's game character is always wearing high heels and how you just hear clacking before he snipes someone 😂 I randomly remember and giggle over it like at least once a day lmaooooo

I literally can not take anymore language.
I'm Mexican in Florida, where we speak Mexican, Caribbean and LATAM.
For example latinos says beans in these different ways–
    Frijoles, habichuelas, carota, and gandules.
Then i keep up with Portuguese and French…
And some indigenous Mexican languages, like Mayan, Nahuatl, and others.

I’m 50. GenX. I said “Rad!” to my 9yo grandson yesterday. He told me that no one has said Rad, in this century, and told me to stop being Derpy.

I always hate to be that person, but it's important to understand that sometimes the things you are saying and the things that gen Z or Gen Alpha are saying are not slang.

They are terms that are taken from AAE and have been used, many times, incorrectly by young people.

This leads to white parents making fun of these things .

Bet, no cap, bussin, low key, 6 7, shook all fall into this category.

Bussin happens to be something is delicious and it's about food. Bet is similar to you bet, you can bet on it. It just means yes.

Alpha, Sigma, skibidi, Ohio, Rizz, ratio etc aren't. And it seems like making fun of this stuff is okay, but the reality is we made up all kinds of words.

I'm Gen X can you remember the terms grody, Hella , janky, bogus, no doi? That is just a few of them , and parents hated them. There are hundreds.

Millennial slang we don't think about- blessed, can't relate. Ones that were stolen- fleek, on god, swag, holup. And again there are hundreds more.

This is how Black language gets dismissed and made fun of.

It's been going on for a very long time and was made much worse by white drag queens taking this language and using it consistently.

I would suggest looking into these terms in the future and finding out if they actually came from something random or if it's language that has been appropriated by white kids.
