30:56 Bro, we need to hide these studies! We gonna get new "Vitamin D Exercise Programs".

Gym Sales Rep: "Excuse me Tyrone, did you hear? Black people need around 6 times more sunlight than your average white person. Here come this way, to learn more about our fitness program."
Tyrone: "Bruh, this is just a cotton field. Whatchu tryin' to pull?"

Um, we had 45 days of no sun last year. People live where the sun disappears for several months. And I'm afraid of the sun having had basel and squamous cell cancers. Supplementing vit d has not raised my vit d.

Problem is that flu and cold season is in the winter, where people will be heavily dressed or stay inside. Plus hospital patients should take D3 to stave off hospital viruses. And K2 should be taken with it to prevent artery calcification.

YET EXTREMELY SAD, BUT TRUE, TO THE BEST ON MY, KNOWING IT ALL 😉

Vitamin D3 is especially important. And if you deny this obvious fact then you just give me one more reason why not to listen to anything that you may actually dribble out of your pie hole 🕳️

Moderation. I am a very light skinned white woman who grew up in Florida before anyone worried about skin cancer. I was outside as much as possible. I got some very severe sun burns. Now elderly, I have had precancerous lesions on the lower arms and face and a squamous cell carcinoma surgically removed. I knew a very dark man from Jamaica who worked outside most of his life who got melanoma.

    Fantastic video, Johnny!
    Also, thank you Michael.
I am white, and my mother has always told me that I would need to spend nearly all day outside, nearly naked, to get enough vitamin D. Seems that is ridiculously false!

I was diagnosed with hemacromatosis which is slow death by organ failure, caused by the inability to rid body of vitamins and minerals that are usually difficult to maintain. Imagine the surprise i got when vitamin D levels down to 0.07 of 1 point while the average points of vitamin D is around 50.00 points of vitamin D. I had gone to the doctor because I hadn't pooped for 16 weeks & was crashing. I had looked unusually young (still having to show proof of id in my 40s) & aging overnight. I now take 7000 to 9000 mg vit D3 per day. I forget sometimes but the symptoms return and i get back on track. Sidenote, my dog had pups 4 years ago but i could not rehome one of the puppies because of her biting problem. 2 months ago i gave her a 1000 mg vit D3 capsule & since then she reminds me daily to take my pills so she gets her pill. She has stopped biting me with only playful nips now .i always walked my dogs 2 times a day for an hour at least each walk.
