Ah ha! So that's where that little ear worm ditty came from!! I've had it randomly pop into my brain for years and could never place what it was from lol core memory unlocked with this episode.

Don’t think this will be seen because this video is five years old now but I was showing this video to my mom and we reached 2:51 and my mom yelled “OH MY GOD, TERI!” And then proceeded to tell me that she had thanksgiving with this woman in the 90’s alongside her friend 😭.

I was really young, but I still got to see this show. I hated it though — never liked it, ’cause what I really wanted to watch were the cartoons that came on after, haha.

This show got me into 80s music… though the 80s weren't so far away when I used to wake up early to Mousercise in the mid 90s. At some point, the song of the day wasn't from the Mousercise album, but from a popular song at the time: Hall and Oates, Alan Parsons Project, Men at Work etc. I wish they would have sold the collection of the Disney music they adapted for the workouts. That had to be fun to make. My favorite was the one that sounded a bit like the song "Mickey"… "One two three four you can do a little more!"

I hate how much of this stuff is Lost Media. This is the exact sort of thing a parent would love to be able to turn on to keep their kids engaged while prepping to leave in the morning. The kid stays occupied and out of parents' hands, but it's also relatively good for the kids rather than just sitting there watching blankly. A real shame these weren't preserved and uploaded for the future

I'm always amazed by just how industries Disney has tried to insert themselves into. At this point, I wouldn't be that surprised to find out that Disney had a PMC with mouse ears on their helmets, and it failed after Michael Eisner tried to use it for a nuclear power project

Watching this dislodged a memory deep in my brain…I was curious if I had ever heard Mousercise before, as I remember some unique Disney tracks my gym teacher used to play during gym class in elementary school. After doing some digging, turns out it was actually Mickey Unrapped. Minnie Mouse is in the house!!!!!

I Mousercised every single morning religiously, without anyone asking me to. I actually remember some of the routines mentioned in this video. It was a really fun way to start the morning! I still exercise and still love Mickey Mouse today. I find it's more interesting to work out if you attach some imagination to it. These days, what we have is "Stretch Break," a segment in Mickey Mouse Funhouse (2021), an interstitial in the middle of each episode where Mickey and the gang encourage the audience to get up and move, but it's much less formalized than Mousercise. Just any stretch, any movement will do! Stretch Break is a nice little nod to Mousercise!

Reminds me of the existence of Disney's Eurobeat songs. Yes, the hi-energy genre best known from Initial D has a surprisingly large subsection of songs made by Disney. (And they're good too)

When I used to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse with my little sisters, I remember them adding in a Mousercise segment at one point. I’m surprised that little tidbit wasn’t mentioned in this video. As an older Zoomer, it was my only exposure to the concept before watching this.

I had the original record, the disco record and Sesame Street Fever and played them on my Mickey Mouse record player but I had no idea it was ever a tv show.

Ok… i was born after 911 and have little right to criticize the 70s and 80s but jesus…

Those workout outfits seem to be a little too… flattering? Like god and old people tell me to dress modestly!

I wished I could've met Kellyn..she seemed so nice and warm hearted. I think she would have worked good with people with disabilities. I really, really struggled with this in the beginning. I have CP, and..I couldn't get or find the help and assistance i need..and I wish people were more aware..that, I speaking for myself I need help with "transferring" & more sporting when it comes to working out..i have been weight training for 20 years..& just need help with these things. I used crutches and braces to get around. And, a wheel chair..But, when I'm part of my special program for gym(ADAPT) I could use a FRIEND-and, I get this at my program..I wish people who work/or go to gyms themselves- Please,(be aware of your surroundings)..gym facilities are more aware of this..I am 47 years old 😊🏋 😍 💕 💪 It doesn't hurt to have a FRIEND..
