Magnificent. I was around seven or eight years of age when Fraggle Rock first aired on UK television. It has stayed with me ever since.

Gosh the idea of the Doc and Sprocket segments being customizable for countries was amazing. Jim was a genius. It’s a shame that not many countries did their own version

haha. If you want to stop war you need to start denouncing a certain group who like a 6 pointed star. If you got rid of that group you might not get rid of all war, but you would get rid of a lot of war.

I loved Fraggle Rock as a kid Boober was my favorite. It will always have a place in my heart as well as the Muppet Show and many of Jim Henson's projects.

Ironically whilst watching this video I have to keep seeing stupid advertisements with Miss Piggy in it, some travel crap I can't watch. The voice is wrong, her actions are wrong, it's not miss piggy, nor is Kermit Kermit anymore. You grow up with a character, that's the character. But seeing Miss Piggy on a YouTube advertisement is bad.

I did not think the line "You Can Not leave the magic" would hit me so hard I'd start crying while fixing dinner, but here we are.

I was lucky enough to be a small child when both Fraggle rock and the Dark Crystal came out. I will always love my memories of both, they helped shape my imagination. Jim had an enormous positive effect on my life. Truly a great man.

Jim Henson's passion project nearly falling apart while all his coworkers are having fun acting as Fraggles shouldn’t be as funny as it is 😭

"You cannot leave the magic." I watched Fraggle Rock when I was a kid. But watching these clips now hits in another way. Doc having to move closer to Ned who has health problems. Seeing family and friends have such problems now, people who made growing up magic for us – that is just devastating. We lose a lot as we go through life. It makes it all the more important to seek and create more magic. For the kids now, but also sometimes for ourselves. The best greeting I can give someone is that I wish for them that they never leave the magic.

I was mesmerized by "de freggles" as they were called over here. I was just too young to understand the postcard bits. But the rest i loved. Now, those postcard bits are so funny in retrospect!

I was born in 82 and in Norway we didn’t have Sesame Street (though got a Sesame Station with a train later on) so it was the big Henson show for me. I was terrified of the trash heap when little, I had to hide behind a blanket when she was on screen.

The Muppet Show was shot at ATV Elstreee, rather than London.

My eldest sister adores Fraggle Rock, so we got her the whole set on dvd. Sent it to her by mail and there was a massive spider that had gotten in the package and scared her silly. 🇦🇺 Straya things🤷🏼♀️
