   I worked in a toy store in the early 2000's The wiggles were some of the worst toys. I remember that the big red car had plastic strips attached to the box that would pull out when you opened the box and all 4 toys would start to play at the same time.

   In regards to the lights, if I was a little kid and had to go through Wags' Kennel with the lights off I would absolutely lose my shit in the worst way. That room is ALREADY creepy feeling with the "sing for Wags and he might slide down" aspect to me.

   didnt expect a Wiggles ride to remind me so much of the 'Can't Help Myself' artwork, the piece that was a robotic arm and squeegee that pushed red fluid that it was 'leaking' back into its core. when that first started the arm did a lot of flourishes and 'dancing' and worked relatively quickly to clean up the fluid, and over time slowed further and further to the where it couldn't keep up and stopped flourishing etc while the walls and floor of its enclosure were more and more stained (all very much intentional, as a show of a Sisyphean task and how while at first it would seem fun/novel, eventually it all gets work down into barely functioning)

    I have never watched anything of the Wiggles…but I know the fruit salad song well because it used to be one of the songs that played on the carousel at my childhood church's annual festival. I used to volunteer at the festival almost every night for the week that it would run, and I heard the Fruit Salad song from the nearby carousel sooooo many times. 😆🥲

    I’m so late to hear this but THEY GOT RID OF THE MADAGASCAR COASTER? WHAT ABOUT GINGEYS FLYING RIDE OR WHATEVER FROM SHREK? WHAT ABOUT THE MADAGASCAR STATUE THAT SPAT WATER NEAR THE FOOD COURT? What a tragic loss, I loved those when I was younger

    It blows me away how they must have spent millions and millions of dollars building this thing, only for 75% of the experience to be looking at off-the-shelf plasma tvs. And there's not even an attempt to artfully integrate them into the presentation, or have creative bezels to make it less obvious that it's just a normal TV. Or even better, they could have built a rear-projection screen setup so that you could have the Wiggles appear life-size, and put props in front to obscure the fact that it's a screen at all. It's just, so high-effort, and so lazy at the same time.

    I went to DreamWorld in 2008 with my kids. Three days in a row and the ride didn't work after the first hour. So each time we left before lunch and went to Sea World. Sea World is so much better. I grew up near it and used to go every day and play with two dolphins. In the 80's.
    When I went in 2008 they remembered me and we played splash ball like we used to. Then i went swimming and nearly got kicked out.

    I work for a non-Wiggles touring show for the same age demo. That has a whole song about wiggling. Every time we’re all tired, I think, “This level of wiggling is not sustainable.”
