   Deleted all the social apps a year or two ago and it was really helpful for my mental health

   Don’t have any of them and I still have anxiety. For sure it’d be way worse if I knew what everyone was thinking all the time.

   Deleted IG in 2024. I felt relief. I don’t miss it at all.
   (Deleted all other sm in 2016).

   Deleted IG, Facebook, and Twitter. Don't miss it at all. Even Reddit and YouTube I've cut back on significantly tho I'll sill relapse every now and then. There's just way too much outrage, bots, disinformation, and all kinds of slop on the internet these days.

   I dumped all social media beside YouTube 6 years ago. I haven't missed anything important. 😅

    Yep, deleted IG in June, I don't even think about it
