49:05 I love your channel, but I think there is a fundamental error here. Sugar is NOT the preferred fuel, of the four macronutrients, alcohol is the body's preferred fuel. If alcohol is present it will be used even if sugars are also being used, this is because both alcohol and to a lesser extent, sugar, are poisonous to body tissues if they are left unregulated. This is what "preferred" means in this context. It doesn't mean "the best fuel" it means "the fuel that will be used quickly if present". The gasoline in an engine analogy isn't very useful here, it's more like a campfire with multiple fuels. Fat is like wood, sugar is like fuel oil, and alcohol is like gasoline. You light the fire and everything starts to burn, but the gasoline burns first and very quickly with explosive results, the fuel oil will burn as long as it is present as it will wick around and up the wood fibers, the wood burns last but is the cleanest of the fuels and is the best choice for a campfire. (Protein can also be used, but the body doesn't want to use it because it is expensive, it would be like trying to burn fresh organic matter, lots of smoke and poor burn quality). Still, love your stuff!

Tier 5 would be carnivore diet. No other species on this planet eats food that deteriorate their teeth. Human teeth are not designed to naturally withstand the sugars found in vegetables/fruits like other animals.

I work for a well-known bakery. One of our competitors is Flowers Bakery. They bought the rights to Wonder Bread and make Nature's Own and the Dave's Killer series. Fun fact: their product arrives in frozen cases. I won't say if my employer is Bimbo, Perfection, or Campbell's/Pepperidge Farm but those breads are locally baked and arrive in crates daily.
