"Like an adult"…Tons of people have acted terribly thorughout the world and history so often, I have never cared much for their judgements or some of societal "norms". I'm o werar the clothes I an exist in and that are comfy. And if any of yall are comfy wearing suits and the ancient strangulation devices known as "neck ties"…do you. No worries.

NERD CORRECTION: The TARDIS is camouflaged as a "police box" that UK police would hold suspects in while they waited for a car to take the suspect to the station/prison. They did have phones in them, however they were not "phone booths" open to the public (which is what Bill and Ted travelled through time in for their excellent adventures *GUITAR RIFF NOISES*).

That being said, I would be down for wearing a 10th Doctor suit and coat all the time but (also being in LA) the weather would not make it comfortable 80% of the time.

I'm sorry but I had to comment on this. You are comparing how people dress in cold dreary London to Southern California and wondering why people dress different ? I thought you were smart Conan. Also, the concept that the type of cloth you have on your body determines if you are "dressed" like an adult is just absurd. One more thing, the idea that my age determines how I must dress is depressing and oppressive. I find this mindset troubling.

Well, that attire is literally traditional and native to Britain. It’d be like if Imperial Japan had successfully took over the world and we expected everyone to wear Kimonos. People in LA dress great and actually are constantly inventing the new wave of street fashion globally through its grassroots subcultures of skater/surfer/chicano etc. That being said you can wear a suit or anything you want. That’s the brilliance of LA whereas in NY or other “traditional cities” I’m actually left more disappointed in that everyone just looks the same and uniform. Italy on the other hand from the outside looking in impressed me because despite them using mostly status quo dress up clothes they all uniquely own their own style.
