I actually watched this POS when it first came out in 1988, and even my puny 19 year old brain 🧠 comprehended that this was the cheesiest and overly acted movie I had ever seen. I swear, I got into my car and laughed the entire way home. At least I got a good, hearty laugh from it all. It is SO bad on many levels.

I saw this movie in the theater that is shown in the movie, NY upper west side. It actually was a retro theater to start with, then a feature first run film theater later. Which is also shown, out of order in the film. When Tom and his older female friend enter whatever place they’re going, it’s the new theater. When they leave, it’s the retro house. It was an odd experience….what plane of reality were we all on during the showing 😵💫. Crazy stuff. 👍🤪🏳️🌈
