Mechatronics is the one who needs to be a mechanical engineer, an electrical engineer and automatist engineer in the same time.
PS. I feel you, the first year that it is purely mathematics and physics gives a bad time to everyone and you start wondering if you really are at engineering and not mathematics or physics.

Going into my second year of software development, with my grades by the time I graduate I should be able to qualify for those food stamps 💪💪💪

As a computer engineer, how did you know that I failed linear algebra and had to beg the second professor to let me pass promising I will never use it in real life? I kept my promise and he passed me.

Engineers want to get patents to fuel their egos.
Every time that you come across a finding chair with a stupid latch on it or a smart toaster with a screen on it, an engineer feels a little bit better about himself.

3:28 I gave up on Nuclear Engineering in school. My dreams of being a nuclear engineer only existed for as long as I was still naive about convincing anyone that nuclear power is the future. I researched and wrote multiple presentations for other classes about it. Still advocate for it. But I know that if I had kept up with it, all I would have is a scary sounding degree with no job. Oh well
