    1. schedule your eating time at morning, afternoon, and evening. Eat less carbs (1/3 of your usual consumption), more protein (from the food, not supplements bcs i'm broke). No processed snacks, not even those 'protein' or 'fitness' products, eat natural snacks like beans, nuts, tofu, tempeh, eggs, fruits. AVOID SUGAR OR SUGAR ALTERNATIVES AS BEST AS YOU CAN (excl. the ones you get from eating your regular food).

    2. do light exercises early in the morning to turn your body into a calorie burning machine all day long, take heavy exercises in the afternoon.

    3. Regulate your sleep. Around 6-8 hours not less and not more, just make sure you didnt stay up late (past 10 p.m.) before sleeping

I did this and i've lost 7kg (~14 lbs) with some visible muscle gain in 3 months, including some cheat days where i skipped the exercise as a whole in a day and some days where i eat a good portion of extra carbs.

    With all respect, NO!
«Despite numerous efforts to define a state of euhydration and determine the daily water requirements of children, men, women, and older adults, no empirical research provides definitive answers and no universal consensus exists. The dynamic complexity of the water regulatory network, and inter-individual differences, are the primary reasons why widespread consensus regarding the daily water requirements has not been reached to this date.»

As a deeper but easy explaination, I suggest you to watch the video "constructive critique of MrWhoseTheBoss" from the italian youtuber Mortebianca on the channel "Mortebianca Secondo Canale", in which he politley explains this. You should be able to set automatic english subtitles/dubbing.

I'm always skeptical of LED light masks. I understand that natural light is good for us, because it enables our bodies to produce Vitamin D – which I currently have such a severe lack of, I'm having to take a high-dose tablet daily for it – but I don't think some basic red or blue LEDs can actually do much at all for us through our skin. Not just because of the limited wavelength and if ANY real research has been done on it, but because it just can't produce the intensity I would think you'd need for such lights considering the SUN is required to produce Vitamin D and even on a cloudy day it's more than intense enough (but LEDs can't even come CLOSE to even a cloudy day level of intensity).

I can't not see the socks. Love them. Also, I love how you tend to steer clear of the cynics and naysayers. If you earn from all of your work that's good for you. Enjoy it.
