Nappy dugout existed in the Tupac movie Juiced. It was just a fragment of a conversation at the beginning of a scene as the camera was panning across a room. Samuel L Jackson said, "The snappy nappy dugout.", the guy he said it to replied with, "The snappy nappy dugout?" & Jackson responded with, "The snappy nappy dugout." Then the shot moved across the room to the main characters & we never heard the rest of the conversation.

They straight up showed the insurance guy on the roof, then someone says that the shots came from up there. When they pan up to the roof, insurance guy is gone. He's definitely the one who killed Bullworth.
