At 32:18 that young kid looks into those bushes twice when they are looking for the VIN, wonder why ?? I believe he whispered "You hit (f*cked) him" he was nodding as he says it IMO and then knowing the speed, seeing the damage to your vehicle and the fact the seat broke that impact would have any person concerned for his welfare.
