The European Union in 2024 had a bilateral trade of Euro 67.5 billion in goods with Russia. In addition, it had trade in services estimated at Euro 17.2 billion in 2023. This is significantly more than India's total trade with Russia that year or subsequently. European imports of LNG in 2024, in fact, reached a record 16.5mn tonnes, surpassing the last record of 15.21mn tonnes in 2022. United States continues to import from Russia uranium hexafluoride for its nuclear industry, palladium for its EV industry, fertilisers as well as chemicals

REF2: When a central bank, like the Federal Reserve, describes monetary policy as "moderately restrictive," it means that the interest rates it sets are high enough to dampen borrowing and spending but not to the extent that it significantly curbs economic activity. In essence, it aims for a middle ground between stimulating and severely contracting the economy.

This stance is typically adopted when inflation is slightly above the central bank's target, and the labor market is in a relatively balanced state. THIS IS WHAT POWELL MEANS.

Man, I thought I knew the rules: work hard, grind, save every penny. But I always felt stuck. Then someone casually mentioned Smart Broke Dumb Rich by Zor Veyl in a comment, and I swear—it felt like stumbling onto forbidden knowledge. It made me question everything I was ever taught about money, wealth, and success. Not gonna lie, it felt like I was cheating the system just by reading Smart Broke Dumb Rich by Zor Veyl.

The Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) is composed of twelve members. The FOMC sets interest rates. The chairman of the FOMC is influential but does not set rates. If the chairman was opposed by a majority of the FOMC members they could override his opinion on rates.

    "We can't restart – we're live" 😁🤣
Hopefully someone played her The Supremes song or Phil Collins cover during the break. 🕊️ I'm surprised no one quoted "Material Girl" after Cameron Dawson's take, though.
