That song is most rudiest, and shocking rock song ever! LOL!!! Very surprised he's considering playing it again! But he'll upset God and Jesus, right?

W.A.S.P. has way better songs than "Animal." Yeah, if they play it, you can leave the show saying, "I got to hear it!" Big deal! All that means is they DIDN'T play a better song in its place (like perhaps … 'Widowmaker' or 'Thunderhead.') As long as they play "On Your Knees," you've got the quintessential W.A.S.P. song!

Hope Blackie keeps the courage of his convictions and DOESN'T play it.

I doubt it. And if he does will he also sing Chainsaw Charlie without changing a few choice words in that song as well, like he has been doing for some time now?
W.A.S.P. hasn't played the States for a long time. No $$ in it according to a statement I read.
This might just be BS to get more people, like myself to show up.
Either way, a no go for me without Holmes on guitar.
If the Mean Man comes back, I'm there.

    OCT. 2022 update.
Glad I didn't go to the show.
Bland, boring, generic stage setup, crappy setlist and backtracking his vocals.
No tracks off THC(except for the cover tune) or KFD.
Where was this retro show that was said to happen?

So happy I went to see Mercyful Fate in L.A. instead on the same night.
Now that was a good show. Good stage setup and setlist.
And no lame-ass Britney Spears-style backtracking vocals.
Leave that garbage to the crappy pop artists.

Just play the damn song. It’s badass and it rocks. How do you think I ended up here. I was listening to it just before this video. I’m only 33 but I love 80s metal. The first album and Last command are what made me a fan to begin with. I wouldn’t honestly be a disappointed if I saw them live and didn’t get to hear this song.

His religion is obviously the almighty dollar. If he stuck to the "Christian" belief, he wouldn't play half of the W.A.S.P. tunes he needs to ever again. But that's the typical "Christian" for you….hypocrisy to the end.

Me personally I've seen them several times & heard animal several times. I think as fans we should respect his beliefs. If he doesn't feel comfortable playing it he shouldn't be forced into playing it. A mans word is his worth. He has a whole catalog of 40 years to pick from. I would rather hear something like the last command, hellion, forever free, headless children, scream until you like it, the manimal, shoot from the hip, etc.

Does anyone still care about seeing WASP? I mean, I loved them when I was going through puberty 40 years ago, but my musical tastes certainly evolved since then. Who does he appeal to now? Old people trying to relive their glory days?

    Blackie must reclaim the mantle.
He says his faith stands in the way but if he believes then God made him a household hold name.
Raise that middle finger high Blackie!
