Working with Nicoles are always terrible. Coasts on her good looks, gossipy about you behind your back (even if you are her best friend), steals from her co-workers, refuses to do her sidework, always late, hopes to get in good with manager so she is almost never fired. I hated every Nicole I have worked with in the past.
Give me 3 Aarons for every 1 Nicole, at least Aaron wil try, but get it wrong almost everytime.

I worked with a Nicole. Her name was Steph and on my first day as a hostess, I came to tell her about her table and Steph was Nicole but if Nicole was ex military. She gave me a very cold look and said something that matched the attitude and I loved her. My absolute favorite server because she would have your back when it really mattered. I told her that too! ❤❤❤ Love you Steph wherever you are now!

While working at a high-end restaurant, I seldom bothered to remember the name of new hires. Many would quit within the first two weeks because they couldn't hack it.
