I meant to have my Top 10 Albums video out this week as well, but I got hit with a rough illness last week that derailed my productivity. Plus, while I have enough energy now to do stuff, I’m not about to spend Christmas slaving over DaVinci Resolve when I could be with my family.

All that’s to say, the Top 10 Albums video is gonna take a bit longer. Might not have it out until the very start of 2025. I appreciate your patience though. Thanks for watching and happy holidays!!

I know that I'm extremely late. 9:33 For Best Rap Album, I agree with you on Doechii and Tyler but I feel that Kendrick and Cash Cobain don't deserve to be there. Plenty of better rap albums dropped in 2024:
    "BLUE LIPS" by ScHoolboy Q
    "Dark Times" by Vince Staples
"I Lay Down My Life For You" by JPEGMAFIA
    "Samurai" by Lupe Fiasco
    "KOTMS" by Denzel Curry
    "AMGEL EYES" by Kenny Mason.
Love your videos, keep make dope stuff.

Lmfao imagine calling Justin's album unnecessary while making a whole video defending CXOXO 💀💀 so embarrassing. and then saying it's uninspired just because you didn't listen to it because you (by your own admission) let other people's list for your opinion on it

May I recommend the songs "God of Everything Else" by Porridge Radio.

Since you like Magdalena Bay and St. Vincent… Porridge Radio is probably right up your alley. Very beautiful melancholy yet powerful Power Pop with a hint of Dream Pop. I hear alot of comparisons to a modern day The Cure. All of their songs are great but 'God of Everything Else' is a song that dropped in 2024 and was by far my #1 pick for songs that released that year. It's just so powerful.

my bangers and/or bops of the year are Supernova by Aespa, Virtual Angel by ARMTS and Cosmic by Red Velvet. It's funny watching these lists when I mainly listen to kpop nowadays heh. It's nice to see that Everything Everything are still around, I should get back into them clearly.

waiting for the "why am i crying award" with The 1975's I Might Say Something Stupid from "Brat and It's Completely Different but Also Still Brat"

I feel like the album name alone is a barrier to entry

Guess i should probs leave a comment. Having listened to the linked playlists, mic the snare gets the award for introducing me to the most new music i actually liked.

I feel like I heard the hook of "Million Dollar Baby" before. A long time ago. Probably in the 2010s. What could it be referencing? Justin Timberlake, innit?

You clearly got into Everything Everything as much as I did this year. I haven't gone through all that many 2024 albums but I've got Ill Times – GUMbrose, Hyperdrama – Justice, and AMAMA – Crumb are up there with Mountainhead.
For an older album I've got really into The Rainbow Goblins – Masayoshi Takanka
