Beast Games definitely raises some questions. Like why was there a need for so many contestants? Is this show just bribing people to leave the show? Did they really have to build a city to play with some red balls?

I watched a sort of documentary about Mr Beast and the guy isn't really Mr Good Guy, go figure. Early on in his youtube career he was posting a lot of random ass videos on different subjects to see what got him traffic. It ended up being content geared toward kids. I think he had a video about gastrointestinal issues early on lol Just trying whatever to see what the algorithm liked. It's just all about growth and money for him. He doesn't do anything charitable without a dozen cameras on him while he's doing it.
His motto seems to be do "charitable" things, but always profit from it. These game shows are absolutely ridiculous and will be eaten up by kids and teenagers. Making people act the way he's making them act while dangling money in front of them is absolutely terrible. It's like he's saying "look at all my money, now squabble and beg for it!"

The thing about squid games… was the money pool got bigger the more people " dropped"
They should have done that for beast games because then everyone leaving the show or forming alliances creates stakes.

I watched Mr Beast back when his content was just messing around with his friends. Stopped watching once his videos all just became attempts to one-up the last thing he did with predictable games, celebrity appearances I almost never recognize, and everything only existing for the spectacle. He brings the spectacle… but lost the soul, in more ways than one
