For the guy who said he lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks it’s actually not hard to do depending on body type and how the weight was lost. I used to wrestle in high school and I would lose over 10lbs in a weeks. 6-7 in a day is my record. But it was water weight and is extremely dangerous to crash diet like that. You are dehydrating yourself and your kidneys can fail. But I just wanted to put that out there. Losing 10 lbs in 3 weeks in a healthy manner is more difficult
