Bach, Coltrane, Fela Kuti, and Takemitsu reunite (through AI) to co-compose a new language of music.
Improvised. Unscripted. Unrepeatable.
A fully AI-generated piano piece, with each legend contributing a measure in their distinct voice.
No sheet music. No edits. Just pure algorithmic imagination channeling centuries of genius.

Forgot to give Bach a german accent

Hum… Is this a joke or what ? This is totally random. This melody does not sound like Bach. Coltrane used to write harmonic progressions that are not complete nonsense with the melody. These rythms have nothing to do with afrobeat and those textures needs a second piano and a second player to be performer… I don’t see the point except wasting water… or I missed the sarcasm on how this is garbage…

AI voices are so interesting as f.e. Erik Satie said one sentence in 4 different accents at least. I could distinguish American, RP, Dutch and swedish. oh and then it all started off sounding french wtf

Terrible sound, funny presentation . . . no matter how much data you give, it will never experience the union of body mind and soul that makes music what it is
@ValirAmaril
July 31, 2025 at 2:06 pm
takemitsu also wrote straight ahead jazz arrangements of other people's compositions

The song sucked, but it's crazy what tech can do nowadays. We should stop and ask ourselves, just because we can, does that mean we should? There's nobody except the computer here, but even the computer isn't given a choice, and that should tell you everything you need to know about the value of this kind of creation. It's not art if you can't choose.

Great concept. The experience reminded me of tuning in to the infinite conversation for the first time. Very excited to see what artists will accomplish now that they have AI in their palettes.
