Honestly, his merch may not be the kind of stuffs I would wear, but I can appreciate how decent they are (in terms of style, design, and marketing standard) in comparison to other YouTubers. (another okay merch but with nice marketing I can think of is Friendlyjordies' ad)

I believe the merch is fake and is a scam. I purchased a hat a week ago and it hasn't even shipped. I've sent two emails to the support contact, once on the third day and another on the sixth. Heard absolutely nothing. They took my money and ghosted me. Despite the merch being unique and cool it's just a fucking scam. I no longer want the hat because this experience has been absolute shit. I just want my fucking money back.
