I’m a huge fan of the Axoloti Core development board. The reason it took this long to do a video is because I simply don’t know where to start!

This isn't music production, it's computer programming 😏

very cool DIY electronics project! alessandro cortini would love this. the fact that it can be a guitar pedal, synth, midi controller and more is really cool and makes it very versatile.

My Axoloti just arrived, and rather than programme it I sat down and watched your video again! That’s how good this video is….:-)

Thank you, really inspiring… I would love to see a general walk thru pure data video for drum machines sounds to understand the pyhsics behind those sounds…

Interesting. The sound of this reminds me very much of the volca drum.

I used to have a USB mixer that made that horrible grounding sound… only much much louder. What a crapfest it was. Can you do semi-advanced sampler stuff on this? Like slicing, resampling, start points and such?

I’m glad the Axoloti Patcher runs on Linux, too. I bet I’ll get one!

It's not so much about these videos being entertaining as being helpful. Normally we're alone with your computer, and if something doesn't work we get lonely and lost. The tiny little men in the corner (aka you) helps us, shows us how things are done and makes us feel less alone. Just like Clippy! 😉

Can you show how you would build an fm-synthesizer with 6 operators and 16 voices with axoloti, that is controled solely as a standalone hardware instrument?

How's the latency? Would it work in a live setup or would you have to align it in post?

Hey Benn! This video instantly turned me on to getting an Axoloti. Quick question: did you receive any customs charges or duties when you ordered the board from Belgium into the US? I can't find any US or UK sellers who have the board yet.
