INFO: Amplifier is a progressive and alternative rock band that was founded in manchester in 1999. Trippin’ with Dr Faustus is their 6th studio album and is being compared to one of their best albums – The Octopus.

I highly recommend you go back to their second album Insider. That is my favorite, even over the Octopus. The band Oceansize is a must as well.

Like you I've just discovered this band and for 1 week I've been listening to this album at night. It's truly an amazing album.

I expected more from them with this album, if they are capable of the Octopus, they can do better!

What I did this time is at first listened to the album. Really liked it, so played some songs again. It is so great!! Then I looked to your review… funny, this is exactly how I feel about this band! Kudos C. Thanks for this great tip!! BTW "anyway" is without the S, and I like your shirt, ha,ha!
