Amazing howl from a wild wolf in northern Minnesota
Talk about the right place at the right time! Turn the volume up to hear a wolf howl that is as wild as they come.
Wolf V094, the breeding male of the Half-Moon Pack, stopped right in front of the camera this summer, howled a few times, and then decided to lay down and take a nap.
Not sure what we enjoyed more: hearing a few howls or watching V094 struggle to keep his eyes open before eventually dozing off!

I respect scientific research. That said, it's 2022, the creature does not need to be burdened by low tech/huge battery collar. It's not fair to the animal. Solar collar with gps beacon. Simple and exists. Hands off completely besides camera is best. They star in your movies, provide scat, hair, blood, etc…without collars. Respect and protect the mighty wolf.
