star trek was a scenario simulator. what would the world be like if only women ran everything, what happens in a society that punishes the smallest crimes with the most severe penalties, should robots have right if they are human enough, is terrorism good if the reasons and goals are positive enough, is it better to commit suicide as a disabled warrior or is it more important to be alive for your child.
star was was a good guys vs bad guys film with special effects. they don't compare.

Star Trek is 100x better. Simply because in Star Trek, the solution COULD be based in some kind of science or theorhetical science. In Star Wars, the question and the answer is always "The Force" aka magic. BUT, there is also a newer player in this game and that is STARGATE. Stargate is also a fabtastic sci-fi franchise

Star Trek all day! Star Wars is a blatant rip-off of Campbell’s monomyth. Lucas wife and producer barely saved a New Hope and Ewoks killed SW more than 40 years anyway

So easy, I choose Sandler over Myers. Sandler can play serious roles as well. He also produces a lot of comedy shows and movies. Oh yeah, and Conan and Sandler are friends.

I love both star trek and star wars.. but I think star trek overall is better, more consistent, has more content, and asks more complicated and nuanced questions and concepts. DS9 is my favorite series ever.
