Elvis Presley definitely had a knack for not only picking the best musical songs to record but the most corniest movies with littlest plot developments ever. pretty much most of his films have Elvis arriving at a destination with a big problem. Then Elvis' best friend suggest they do something to address said problem. Unfortunately, obstacles which are usually past girlfriends threaten to ruin his future plans. Finally, by the power of sheer will music and sex appeal Elvis satisfies the ladies solve his problems and goes into a big musical number at the very end!1 Ironically though his first movie Love Me Tender did actually have a dramatic story where Elvis does probably his best acting. he even dies at the end but then they show him singing the title song so ladies would not be completely heartbroken. Elivis did pretty much become Mr. Hawaii due mostly to his corrupt manager colonel tom parker not being able to leave the United States. However, the king for rock roll did make some very markable movies including this and Viva Las Vegas with the gorgeous Ann Margaret who was very much in love with him. Thank you, guys, for showing how Elvis can solve every issue with just the power of music romance and time distillation!!
