As to those fish pedicures, they are much worse than ppl think. One, they starve the fish. The only option for food the fish get is skin, which is not good for them. They can often eat too much eating rt into fresh live skin, causing horrible infections. Ppl have had their feet amputated because of severe infections.

I'm an xray tech and have a wild similar story.
Old man comes to us from his urologist saying he has a large parasite in his bladder and needs imaging. I take his xray and am absolutely STUNNED. It looks to be a large, dense, coiled object right in his bladder!!! He swears it's a parasite, okay, whatever you say, bud.
He goes to surgery and I get the scoop from an OR tech who said that as the patient was being wheeled back, he says "wait, doc. I need you to know that 10 years ago, I was in a hunting club and we did weird stuff"
Okaaaay, so, what was it!? …. a thin calcified rubber toy snake that has been rotting in there for 10 YEARS!!! apparently it was crumbling apart due to the extent of the rot. This man has bladder cancer undoubtedly due to this rubber "parasite". I have photos, but am unable to share them here.
Anyways, don't do that at the hunting club.
