This video prompted me to look into Margaret God Warrior) and I was really saddened to find out that her oldest daughter, Ashley, died in 2007 in a car crash. In fact, her daughterās death is what led Margaret to become an ally because the gay community was really there for her during her time of grief. RIP Ashley

The coolest thing about that insane church lady is that she has seemed to have deconstructed and now has a YT channel. She seems pretty chill now. I've watched a few of her videos when I found out about it over a year ago.

The interesting thing is that TS fans act exactly like this whenever someone has something that is unagreeable to say about TS. The fans just go into attack mode with no merit to their defensive arguments. Some people just take idolization to the extreme in an unhealthy way to the point where the idolizers are actually the reason why so many people don't like the entity that is being idolized. I think that that is the lesson here for this episode of the reality show. Furthermore, people really need to work on managing things that may spike their blood pressure. Notice how the crazy woman's husband was relatively calm throughout the experience, despite being introduced to a different lifestyle from the other woman. The crazy woman clearly let's things easily get to her, and spiked blood pressure just perpetuates that extreme behavior.

Also, the footage from this was everywhere, and I was a kid and all I could think of was her poor kids. Imagine having to go to school when that aired. This was pre-internet viral: it was on TV it was on the news, on magazine covers, everywhere. You couldn't get away from it. I didn't watch the show and I saw it. I hope they are all okay.

Years after she was on Wife Swap she appeared on a talk show. Probably a 'Where are they now?' situation. It was a year or two after Hurricane Katrina and she spent the whole interview complaining that too much focus was on the devastation in the 9th ward and other areas that affected lower income people. She said other people were suffering too, that her husband lost one of his warehouses and they were forced to cut back.
Meanwhile it's 2026 and people are still experiencing poverty and homelessness because of Katrina. God Warrior indeed.
