Don't blame the high cost of food on crop failures. Typical brain lack. When out of touch with reality, simpletons only look at the grass without know HOW it grows.

The problem with higher taxes that the government now is just as horribly corrupt as the billionaires pulling their puppet strings. But punishing companies with high taxes or pay higher wages is an ideal situation.

God will one day avenge the poor and oppressed

    James 5: 1-5

Now listen, you rich people, weep and wail because of the misery that is coming on you! Your wealth has rotted, and moths have eaten your clothes! Your gold and silver are corroded! Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire! You have hoarded wealth in the last days. Look! The wages you failed to pay the workers who mowed your fields are crying out against you The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty! You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence! You have fattened yourselves in the day of slaughter!

excellent video with a compelling argument delivered in an engaging and frankly cathartic way.

    HOWEVER.

while things were better in the new deal era, significantly better than now, the same fundamental problems and exploitation were still there. otherwise, things would’ve never been able to get this bad, especially from merely the work of two people with too much power under the impression that life is about the pursuit of capital above all else (the core, oh so evil tenet of capitalism), leading to greed and selfishness that corrodes at the kindness which civilization was founded on and which humanity best thrives in

I remember wondering as a kid why Scrooge mcduck kept his money in a big pile when he could be buying fun stuff, or be paying for tons of people to get things they need, or be having once in a lifetime experiences. Now that I’m older I can’t fathom why all these rich people decide to be so evil and boring.

At a party given by a billionaire on Shelter Island, the late Kurt Vonnegut informs his pal, the author Joseph Heller, that their host, a hedge fund manager, had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his wildly popular novel Catch 22 over its whole history. Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have . . . Enough.”

I would argue that stock buybacks are by far worse than anything else he talks about. All the profits these mega corporations make almost always go back into stock buy-backs. Shareholder value, after all.

Your anti-AI rant sounded exactly like one of mine, only with less curse words. We are at Robber Barons 2.0 now. We need to hype up the laws regarding companies buying each other. You would think the anti-trust laws would cover that.

We need better laws to stop the corporations from owning government and paying their way to run everything. Tax the earnings of the entire corp. Remove their ability to give "donations" to anyone in power. Stop them from lobbying. The laws are easy to get around because they are very old. We need to make the corporations pay more and stop them from putting the cost back on us. No more conglomerates/monopolies in America.

You could’ve just.. not done a brand deal ad in the middle of this video? But then you wouldn’t get to be as rich as the ppl you hypocritically criticize in this video. Almost like you’re part of the problem 🤔

I think the 2026 midterms will be the tipping point. People are keeping their pitchforks lowered because there’s still one last chance to fix this peacefully, but we’re all clearly on our last nerve.

If all goes well, we may finally have some opposition to push back against the current madness, and we can begin to carve a better path forward.

If it doesn’t, and the current administration successfully uses gerrymandering or some other dirty trick to silence the voice of the people…that’s when all hell’s gonna break loose.
