Hi there hello.
I went back into the world of cults to see if I could finally find one that makes sense to join. Along the way I looked into real groups built around aliens, mysterious satellites, spiritual “helpers,” and even a crocodile god. As it turns out, finding a good cult is a little more complicated than it sounds.
So in this video I take a closer look at some of the strangest cults and belief systems out there, and try to figure out what joining one would actually be like.

Given the state of cults these days, it’s no surprise that so many people choose one of the sects of the sacred democracy. As lame as it is, with its tacky factions, rituals, monuments, and temples, you only have to look at the other cults to see why it’s doing better than them—though owning the law and only applying it to others probably helps.

Can't believe for this video you really became a (we were going to do a bit where we listed every denomination of Christianity, and even though we already knew there was atleast over 200k+, we kinda didn't think about what that actually meant until looking them up and trying to figure out which went first alphabetically, because it meant combing through thousands, and we stopped actually paying attention to the spelling after a few dozen rotations of the scroll wheel, after seeing on the side bar how little progress we made down the list).
(Edit): As a system, we always imagine more than one person there with us during anything intimate. Granted, we don't imagine more than one entity, just more than one person. Mostly because again, we're a system, and also we couldn't realistically hold up a relationship for any significant amount of time.

I had a friend who grew up Children of God/Family International. They hate vaccines and love international missions, so their kids get polio.
My friend was the only person my age (gen x) I ever met with a withered limb from that disease. How retro.

What’s unsettling is the Family International is that their official website presents itself as the most normal and unexceptional evangelical site. Not even the briefest suggestion about their horrendous, abusive, sexual beliefs.

If you are trying to find stuff to appease the algorithm gods, you should, you should look into the Ohio in Wisconsin Ohio has a literal tunnel is called portal to hell some people called Ohio a hell mouth yeah I didn’t know those were real. Either in Wisconsin is one of the haunted states in the United States. My town literally has one of the most haunted cemeteries in the state. Wisconsin has a Cryptid named the dog man. I think it’s a fancy way saying werewolf but it’s not totally a werewolf. It might be more of a werewolf Shapeshifter I don’t not sure but yeah and I’m willing to bet you there’s a few other states if you were to go like the haunted route and make like a sub series for that you can make fun of it whatever you wanna do but I guarantee you would find a lot of interesting things or at both places just giving you ideas @ryangeorge
