When you accept that the ever seesawings of paradoxes are the propellers of existence, we can learn to apply over brief access to energy in order to reduce the hardships and suffering as much as it is within our capacity before our bodies are repurposed for the next generation of biological energy

This reminds me of the survival game "Rust". One works against the odds for a month to build their best fortress only to have everything on the map wiped clean every first Thursday of the month. You will do it again and again.

Thank you so much for making these amazing videos. As a depressed individual, your videos give me peace every time I freak out and feel so much despair within my soul. These videos bring me down they remind me that nothing matters anyway, and I should just breathe. My life feels so insignificant, and I should stop fighting it and freaking out about everything all the time and just accept that I am a collection of aging cells that will die one day and be forgotten. So, what matters now is that I should smell that flower, stare at the sky, and just let out the breath trapped deep within my lungs. Thanks again.

If I may be allowed to endulge my reflection post watch: what if the entire process of engaging with his conditions (assuming motivated by the pursuit of happiness) is averted by simply accepting the meaningly, emptiness and absurdity – then remaining there, constantly aware of the sensory stimuli of the situation, recognising the absurdity of the situation, accepting the emptiness? This wouldn't be called happiness, but it would be a freedom from the suffering of struggling against the constant effort to achieve the unachievable empty goal.

I had been wondering about this quote, so thank you for taking the time to break it down. I’m
surprised at how optimistic Camus’s perspectives on absurdism and meaning make me feel. The purpose of life is to live and figure it out, and as long as you’re doing that, you’re succeeding at life. Even if you’re struggling, you’re not failing because struggling is part of the point.

Sisyphus got sent to h3ll, specifically in Tartarus, which is the lowest region of the Underworld in Greek mythology and to agree or disagree if he's happy there or should be, comparing our existence on earth to his, is saying/admitting this life is h3ll and whatever man thin kith so is he. and so, it will be. Elysium, is where you want to strive for.

You are basically reinterpreting Camus using a lens that was actually developed through Buddhist philosophy, ACT itself is born from adaptations of Buddhist thought
