This is now the third young person I have heard on a Red Nation podcast confess a lack of basic information about Leonard Peltier, and I find it so depressing. 💔 What if someone such as they wrote a children’s picture book about him (in Ojibwe) like the book Joanne Robertson wrote about Nokomis Josephine-ba Mandamin, the water walker? I think one is long over-due. And a young adult reader as well.
