This Friday the german black metal band "Antrisch" will relase their second album "Expedition III: Renitenzpfad" and you got to check that out! If it's only half as good as the stuff they released so far, it'll be a strong contender for AotY.

i love Hanging gardens debut so much but the follow up was more post metal ( eww no ) so ive never gone back to revisit , i think i might .

For those who like stoner doom, also check out the album "The Weight Of Life" by Lord of Confusion from Portugal. It was also released last Friday. An album fully mastered by Chris Fielding, who has worked with bands such as Conan and Electric Wizard.

Was spooked off of Gaerea until I listened to it another 20 times and then I realised that I actually love it 😂. I hear familiar influences through the album which keeps me hooked

Gaerea is less Mgla and more Linkin Park ! Quite the change. As long as they keep the Pizza Express logo then it’s all good.
