šTommy Emmanuel:
Tommy Emmanuel, CGP has achieved enough musical milestones to satisfy several lifetimes. At age six, he was touring Australia with his family band. By 30, he was a rock lead guitarist playing stadiums. At 44, he became one of five people ever named a “Certified Guitar Player (CGP)” by his idol, music icon Chet Atkins. Today, he plays sold-out shows everywhere from Nashville to London to Sydney. Influenced by the Merle Travis/Chet Atkins fingerstyle of guitar pickin’, Emmanuel developed a style of solo guitar playing that encompasses the range of a whole band – covering drums, bass, rhythm, lead guitar, and vocal melody simultaneously. While some artist take a band on the road, Tommy build a complete sonic world entirely on his own with no overdubs or loops. Tommy is a Grammy Award winning artist with countless “Guitar Playerā awards with numerous magazine polls naming him the greatest acoustic guitarist alive. Heās grateful for it all. For Tommy though, the greatest reward is always the same – to make the next great record and to see the beaming audience at the next great show.

I'm pretty sure Tommy made that deal with the devil we all know exists but don't talk about. One of the greatest of all time, I'm proud to me a many-many-year fan, an inspiration to guitarists!

Simply the best there is and likely ever will be. He is a master of beautiful and complex melodies and every one tugs at your heart and mind. I just love his music and could listen to this all day long! Heck of a nice person in real life too, which makes me wonder if he has any faults at all, lol.

Il existe encore un romantisme avec un brin de folie dans ces compositions d'un MaĆ®tre avĆ©rĆ© de la guitare Ć cordes acier. Comment mieux dire son amour d'un instrument si populaire et si noble Ć la fois ? je crois que Tommy Emmanuel y arrive mieux que quiconque. A dĆ©guster sans modĆ©ration !

I've had the honour and pleasure of playing a bit of Swing 42 with Tommy (I played the chords) he also signed my Maton TE the man is a musical gift from God he is a legend, we all love you Tommy the GOAT šāļø
