WATCH LIVE: Family members of missing woman Rebecca Park arraigned on unknown charges

UpNorthLive | March 23, 2026

The fiancé and sister of missing woman Rebecca Park, Richard Falor and Kimberly Park, are both currently in custody at the Wexford County Jail, according to jail records.

UpNorthLive News is working to confirm charges and if there are any other arrests. Both Richard and Kimberly are expected to be arraigned Wednesday, November 26, at 1:30 p.m.

This comes a day after a body resembling Park was discovered by searchers in the Manistee National Forest in Boon Township on Tuesday, November 25.

The sheriff’s office said it cannot confirm the body is Park until an autopsy is performed, nor can it comment on whether a baby was accounted for.

Rebecca was last seen November 3 getting into a vehicle. She was about 38 weeks pregnant at the time.

They have to be so careful about what's said in the courtroom so that the defendants right are violated and end up in a aquital. Judge Wiggins is doing his job and following protocol the last thing he wants is to have someone get off a technical error

We have three branches of government, Legislative, Executive, and Judicial, but the USA's failures in protecting the American people, have become infamous and beyond human acceptance, so whose fault is it?

It is easy to recognize who is at fault, when our 'Law' is supposed to protect us yet doesn't, by looking at those who make the 'Law', those who enforce the 'Law', and those responsible for holding accountable and punishing those caught violating the 'Law'.

You want a clue of who is responsible for the failure of the 'Law', to protect the American people? Everyone says and knows that our crime problem is the huge amount of recidivism, because those initiating the punishment are not doing enough to ensure the criminal won't violate our 'Law; again, for fear of the punishment they should have received for their crime but instead was insufficient to induce the fear of that punishment to prevent recidivism.

Now do you know who is at fault? Do you know why we punish criminals? To prevent them from repeating their crimes! Is our 'Judicial Branch' of government doing this successfully? If not, why not? There is the problem, which is made worse when our government refuses to allow the voters to know, which political party these judges, who depend on voters for their job, that they belong to, which would help voters to discern how these judges are going to rule from their bench, learning who they want to and should vote for.

Politicians are really basically all alike, an elite club, protecting each other, no matter which political party they belong to. But if you knew which political party they belong to, you would know who they will biasedly protect from their bench, no matter how bad the crime, and when judges protect the criminals, they are putting the common American people in danger of recidivism and worse, on the streets and in their homes.

Judges should have their political party affiliation next to their name on ballots, just as every other politician has the same next to their name, why are the judges privileged to not meeting this requirement that all other candidates are required to do. Is it because they claim not to be politicians, which if they do, then you know they're a liar, and should not vote for them if they lie to you like that. Every sane American with just a remedial amount of intelligence, certainly sees the bias all these judges show in their court rulings, favoring their political party wants and needs, and when it's a Democrat criminal, the Democrat judges protect them, like reducing their felony charge to a misdemeanor charge, so when the criminal is found guilty, he won't lose his right to vote as a convicted felon, saving a vote for all Democrats, which adds up to many millions when looking at the entire USA.
