The knee thing was a common thing mm would jump around alot john was dealing eith his sisters death and lost his shit mm was telling him to pick up his guitar he knew what was going on they were not fighting john had freaked out and has said he feels bad looking back on it cause it caused so much drama

I love both of them and their talents. I think it was just a fluke thing with horrible timing. Everybody knows Manson is a Jeckyl & Hyde character due to his heavy substance abuse, but that's why he is a polarizing frontman/showman. John 5 Is the sweetest guy and straight as an arrow and just has a beautiful family with all 3 of his kids being just amazing and obviously John 5 is not a fighter. I'll tell you what though John is so great that anyone who is able to would protect John at any costs. Even his older son Jeremy is a Los Angeles high ranking Police Officer and could make anyone's life hell if he wanted too.

John 5 always comes across as a straight shooter and a gentlemen. He never seems to get the "Rockstar Ego" thing and is always like a kid in a candy store when it comes to cool guitars…..that and Marilyn Manson deserves a good ass kicking….I say give him a pass on this one….

I would place it no higher than a childish "hissy fit". However, Manson deserves a knee to his mangina for wearing blackface and sounding like shit, and playing in his own urine/shit all of the time. Is Johnny a fighter? No, he throws a baseball like a girl. However, he plays guitar like nobody's business; he's freakin' awesome! In fact, John-5 was always far too talented a guitarist for the likes of Manson; IMO.

Why do they always become apologist for MM? John acts as if this was the first time he got mad at such things MM did, and he said it was fine. But the fact is that he's got mad at stuff like that before. Even wanting to fight MM before this particular incident. Even Dita Von Teese at first said that she had to get away from MM. She said he would fly into rages and break everything in the house. Then years later she said that he has never done anything like that ever, that he was a "good guy".
