Wall Street Millennial | January 31, 2026

For original short-selling research and much more check out our website: https://www.differentiatedanalytics.com/

In this video we analyze the quantum computing industry. We specifically look at recent claims by the company D-Wave that their quantum computers are already useful today.

The fact that you made this video just tells me how little you really know about it and what the word Quantum means, Quantum computing is very much in its infancy, Its only just begun to make break throughs on a consistent basis with well known companies like google now involved. You can bet that the changes are coming. Quantum computing is not about sales

With AI I can make almost any picture in stable diffusion and chat gpt can write me detailed recipes based on what I happen to have in my fridge for nearly free.

With quantum computing I can invest in further development of negative income schemes and sample the random noise of the universe with a commercial cloud developer subscription license.

Amazon was just selling books online, Tesla was making EV's that nobody wanted, Facebook was just another chat site, Google was just another Internet thing, Bitcoin was a worthless scam. Maybe you're right, maybe you're wrong. I think I'll invest a little and wait, just to be on the safe side.

Do you not understand the concept of maniacal sense of urgency?
I really can’t help wondering what your agenda is, who you are, where you are based in the world, while using an AI voice. I don’t know if someone is funding you or what you have to gain? You have one dimensional sheep taking what you say at face value and not seeing the bigger picture. You sound like a 10-year-old who was born into a world where an iPhone and the Internet already existed. We are not going to cure diseases and become multi planetary and become almost immortal, by being modest with our ambition and projections. If companies don’t hype up their product, they won’t get the investment or talent needed, and then it really would take decades instead of years to achieve world changing quantum computing. Again, I invite you to visit one of the big facilities that are trying to achieve quantum computing. Why don’t you make that video? What is your agenda?

Maybe you just existing in the reality that your truth is the truth, yet everyone else went on to the cool universe. It's a real cool club, where all the kids go to hang around and talk about how your not a part of it

I swear 90% of the people participating in the stock market today have 3 brain cells. It’s just what been hype to the moon. Fundamentals really don’t matter.

IONQ made 100million last year, up from a few million the year before, contracts with NASA, the US Army and Amazon.
If Quantum is so pointless why are IBM and Google building Quantum computers ?
Nvidia was just a few dollars 10 years ago, just a run of the mill graphics card producer, fast forward 10 years, it's taken over the world.

i think its hot air…for now. its impossible to predict when such a technology will suddenly make the jump. 1 year, 10, 100, or even 1000. Not clue. I would say a decade or two maybe. Bubbles just form around rising expectations and the burst when these expectations are suddenly lowered. This will happen to Tesla too.

AI had micro nitch hypes for decades until suddenly the progress in HW and SW comes together and creates GPT, something most of us would have thought is science fiction just a few years ago. Progress is highly nonlinear, which warrants the bubble-burst dynamics.

Quantum computing might not be fully realized now, but that doesn’t mean it won’t succeed in the future. Similar to AI and cryptocurrency, which faced skepticism 5 to 10 years ago, both are now booming industries. Let’s see where quantum computing stands in the next 5 to 10 years. I’m confident it will be in a much stronger position. There’s nothing wrong with investing in shares at their lowest point, as the downside risk is limited, and it could yield a significant return over time.

Has anyone realizes that always the opposite seems to happen of what this channel predicts? I don't even blame WSM, the problem is that he assumes that reason will prevail, but it seems like reason is dead. Does it even matter if there is real value?

Pause to consider this: the most important trading is done through extraordinarily sophisticated computerized systems following the parametric envelopes established by the most extreme human gamblers.
    Rump memecoins, anyone?

Hey, hey, hey, ease up. Quantum computing will be commercial in just a couple decades or so, when they will be powered by fusion electricity since petroleum will have run out, and we will all navigate flying cars using Bose Einstein condensates in line with comprehensive life parameters determined by extremely technical AI's.
