“Typically, hearing odd sounds or voices is a sign of mental illness. However, knowing Frey effect microwave weapons exist, a person suffering these sensory effects may not be mentally ill but the victim of a microwave attack.”   — Louis A. Del Monte, War at the Speed of Light, 2021.

“Hundreds of people in the valley say they are hearing voices in their heads, and those voices are being transmitted by microwave or other methods.” – News headline in Palm Springs dated November 13, 2012

1:17 that's not what the voices say, that's what I say back to the voice, in response to what the voices DO say… Which is, unfortunately, depressingly and unimaginatively…a lot of "but it's you! It's you… Okay, it's me. It's you, though." … In a man's voice.

I don't call it a loser, though. I can him Howard. Because he's a coward, who won't tell me his name when I ask.

In 2018, during a meditative state, I received profound guidance from an inner voice. It spoke of balance and harmony, urging me to nurture my body, mind, and spirit. "Pray, meditate, eat nourishing food, drink pure water, rise with the sun, and tend to your physical form. Cultivate humility, calmness, and focus. Embody kindness and authenticity in your words, actions, and creative expressions. Your path will serve the greater good, and you will make things right."

This wise voice also shared the secret to spiritual harmony: integrating my physical, spiritual, and astral bodies through conscious breathing. By uniting these aspects, I would unlock my inner radiance, connecting my earthly presence to my celestial essence.

As I ascended to higher planes of awareness, I began to grasp the universe's fundamental nature: unconditional love. To tap into this reality, I learned to breathe intentionally, visualizing pure light filling my being. With each slow, belly-expanding breath, my essence merged with the divine.

In this sacred space, I discovered the power to direct light to areas of my body, nourish my aura, or connect with others on a deeper level. This transformative practice has become my sanctuary.

However, my journey with hearing voices has not been without its challenges. After confiding in my family, I was met with concern and encouraged to seek psychiatric help. This led to a difficult experience with involuntary commitment, diagnosis, and medication. The side effects have been debilitating, and I've come to realize that seeking guidance from a Native elder or shaman might have been a more compassionate and holistic approach.

Despite the struggles, I continue to hear the gentle whispers of my inner voice. I've learned to cherish this aspect of myself, even when the world around me doesn't understand. To those who may be walking a similar path, I offer these words of encouragement: seek wisdom from those who honor the mysteries of the universe, and hold fast to your inner truth.

    Good luck on your journey!
