    Back in the 60’s everyone used to sing each other’s songs. Satisfaction remains a huge Stones hit, but Reddings version (particularly live) will always remain my favourite. Dylan was one of the great writers, you could have filled the top 30 just with Dylan songs. Tangled up in blue is my favourite of his – & The Whitlams did my fav cover.

    Omg I grew up listening to so many of these hits in the 80s, not knowing, they were , not only covers, but better versions than the originals. I love learning new shit everyday. Rock on 2026.

    at 6:26 … actually, covering Valerie was Amy Winehouse's idea, that she shared with Ronson, and then Ronson and she worked on it together. The script that the narrator of this video reads makes it seem like it was Ronson's idea, which it wasn't.
