I once had a sketch comedy teacher who told us every great sketch only has one central joke and every line has to support that one joke, with no tangents. In my opinion, this sketch is the best example of proving him wrong. There are so many bits happening here—between the cowboys' skits, everyone forgetting Timmy, and the "mood ring" exchange (which is one of my favorites from the entire show). None of these bits detract from the others' effectiveness, and it only makes the sketch more rewatchable.
This is why I'm enrolling in Sam Brown University as soon as it re-opens. There's a cowboy who can give me the knowledge I need for my campfire skits
