    Doctors, “You’re dreams have meaning”.

My dreams: a giant potato-smoke that is also my great cousin twice removed and married to the Bermuda Triangle …Also I am here and in a tree at the same time.

Melatonin doesn't do a dang thing for me…but I am odd… sometimes I need to have a Monster Energy Drink to fall asleep and I have had smelling salts put me to sleep

Melatonin gives me vivid nightmares where I wake up soaked in sweat and shaking, absolutely terrified.

Whats crazy is I just talked about this in a facebook group like 30 minutes ago, and then this pops up on my youtube recommends.
Had to join. Had to. It was a sign. The Melatonin commonolitiavity. Dont question science.

I have been taking melatonin for years my doctor was the one who originally told me to take it! I have never needed to increase dose and NEVER heard I’m going to need to. I have also not noticed a huge increase of scary dreams and or nightmares. I also other than due to lack of sleep from college and not exactly always getting 8 hours not noticed a decrease in quality of sleep. To those that try and scream otherwise to all of this saying sleep quality gets worse or you can build up a resistance to it IT IS A NATURAL CHEMICAL FOUND IN YOUR BODY YOU HAVE TO PRODUCE IN SOME AMOUNT OR YOU NEVER SLEEP PERIOD! I have seen people claim shit with this or that in other videos YOU WANNA CLAIM SHIT FIND ME THE STUDY! And do not say I had nightmares because of the few times I took the melatonin or something happened so I stopped doing it CORRELATION DOES NOT EQUAL CAUSATION! And just explain to me the logic behind the possibility of building a resistance to a chemical naturally produced in your own body!

When I was a kid, my fever dreams were…indescribable. At least I couldn't at the time to my parents. My nightmares were more mind-breaking than typical scary. I could see objects from all angles at once. Impossibly close and huge, while incredibly far and small. I saw all sides of the most mundane objects, and I couldn't understand what I was experiencing. Meanwhile the objects would continue to get both larger and smaller simultaneously. Eventually I would wake and try to articulate the dream while crying to my poor half-asleep mother.

Melatonin drops me at the table with my dead relatives.
    We laugh at false awakenings,
only in a world where clocks make no sense.
    Clouds drip old birthdays,
and the whole ridiculous family just hangs in forever.

Saw a deam that someone cut my dogs throat and killed her and the dog screamed. It was creepy but the nightmare was different to nightmares without melatonin. It wasnt scary. I was just disappointed

This was a funny video, but Alex Falcone, if I'm not mistaken, has talked about how melatonin basically does nothing. So now I don't know who to trust.
Hey, maybe this is a good excuse for me to take a mega dose of melatonin tonight and see what happens.

This is literally the first time I've ever even heard that melatonin gives you bad dreams. I've never used the stuff myself, although I've certainly heard of it, but never the bad dreams thing.

    1 pill = nothing
2 pills = unable to reach deep sleep, just stuck in REM.
3 pills = wildly tossing and turning all night, at one point, I woke up and my back was against the headboard and I was sideways across the bed.

    Never took it again.

Yeahhh your melatonin probably has some fentanyl in it .. I take a local made one & I live in a 3ed world country, the worst one in fact (ruled by literal terorists) yet sleep just fine
