His take on Venom wasn’t bad. Spider-Man 3 had a lot of the same issues Batman Returns had years earlier….too many plot threads for one movie, not enough time to develop them.

Topher's Venom was ONE HUNDRED TIMES BETTER ! He was supposed to be the opposite of Peter Parker and it worked. If you watch spiderman TAS again, and compare it to how Venom was in Spiderman 3, it was very comic accurate. Topher just wasn't that buff, that's the only thing that was missing.

I'll always love Topher's version of Venom, he's simply a douchbag, but he's not cruel until Peter gets him fired, takes his girlfriend and makes him pretty much a guy on the edge, then Venom comes and turns all of that into it's own.

I like Topher Grace’s venom. I like his design and costume concept making it look like an evil Spider-Man which venom is of course.

He's very funny man. I saw Spider Man 3 so many times, always hated that Eddie Brock, not Topher, just the character. Now I love that first movie Venom, more then Tom's.

As much as i loved topher grace from the 70's show i didn't really like his venom at all and i thought he would be more suited to play carnage maybe in Spiderman 4.

I broke two ankles had the first one x rayed and confirmed broken. That took nothing to heal. Was told it would need to be rebroken to fully heal it. The second ankle broke i knew it was broken from experience of the first. #justsaying and to add had the first ankle x rayed long after the fact.
