Don't talk about my prosecutor Juan Martinez like that. He did a masterful job of controlling Jodi, not letting her control the narrative and confronting her with her lies multiple times. Even a detective who interrogated Jodi warned her if she doesn't start painting a clear picture of what happened, then the prosecutor will do it for her and it won't be nice. He also said he knows the prosecutor and he's very good at what he does. He didn't lie one bit. Juan Martinez captivated me by bringing Travis' family justice. Also his book "Conviction" donates all proceeds to Travis Alexander fund, that's pretty sweet of him.

Ms Arias had to argue and rephrase all the prosecutor’s questions. It was SO manipulative and infuriating to watch. It was all too Borderline for my taste.

Definitely a crime of passion. Overkill comes to mind. Total utter a d complele blinding rage. No man is worth that. She should have lwft him while leaving was good. I doubt he was a GOOD MAN. Ive seen what many mormon men are capable of. I wouldnt date one. NEVER !!!!!!

Isnt legal shield kind of like insurance? Where by you pay $30 a month if you are a client… and as a lawyer you put in your base fee minus 25% of market value … like a broker fee… and then you get clients… rather than the client paying the $30 per month plus the 25% discounted fees? Or am I completely wrong? We dont have this in Australia but it doesnt make sense to pay a monthly fee to access a 25% discount to lawyers… I think the insurance concept is more plausible? 😊

I had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with Juan Martinez. While he was blundering the Arias trial, he was also screwing up the trial of the guy who murdered a friend of mine. Martinez was as and is still in love with his own legend. He’s an ass, and losing his law license is the best thing that could have happened to the State of Arizona. Prior to Kari Lake losing, that is.

I used to have legal shield that was supplied by my old career, never once did they help me fight tickets or they put me on hold for 30-40 minutes at a time when needing one for either being pulled over or trying to get advice for a restraining order

@Leeja Miller: Initially I enjoyed your videos about Trumps indictments and the threat he poses to the constitution & democracy. However every single video I've watched since that has been like nails on a chalk-board. You come off as really uppity and even your name seems snotty. "Leeja"? Wtf ? Wow, it's surprisng that one won't be selected to a jury for sentencing that might seek the death penalty if one doesn't believe in the death penalty. That doesn't sound just or democratic, but manipulative. I think if prison were done right, whatever that means, would be psychological terror for a prisoner unwilling to reflect and mature, rather than a hole to die in, figuratively or 'literally'.
