Former D.A.R.E. officer caught in on-duty sex scandal with teacher in classroom
A former Lebanon police officer who once educated children on drug prevention as part of the D.A.R.E. program has lost his badge after an internal investigation revealed he engaged in sexual activity with an elementary school teacher—inside her classroom—while on duty.
An internal affairs investigation from the Lebanon Police Department concluded that Brian Gilley, previously assigned as a D.A.R.E. officer to Castle Heights Elementary School, had a sexual relationship with teacher Shelby Moss on school property after school hours.
The Lebanon Police Department said the incident took place after classes had ended in September 2024, but Gilley later acknowledged that students may still have been on campus at the time.

As long as there were no students and they are both consenting adults. I can assure you that this is not the only place this is happening plus most other cases are most likely with a student
