The EU can not force any private company to invest in the USA so that is just not real.
The military spending depends on the countries and for example Spain or France are going to priorice their own industry.
The energy is it just unachivable for the USA so we will increase in gas just to get out of russian products as we are doing today.
Tariffs. We will see how long they last as soon as CPI rises in the USA.
The EU exports are not easy to produce and prices are not going to be reduce. Example 25% of EU exportas are farmatheutical products that can no be made else where.

There is no "deal". It's a proposal. The EU Council of 27 will decide on it. Acceptance has to be unanimous and if only one of the 27 exerices their veto it's game over.

The TRUMP TAX on steel, aluminum, copper, rubber, imported parts etc will raise the cost of American products higher than 15%. There is also an increasing lack of labor in America that will add to costs. The loser is the American consumer, and the entire Western world, and the winners are the American billionaires, and of course China which has no unified competitor of sufficient size as trump dismantles it.

It's good the Europeans got this done and over with, there was no point in battling it out honestly there are bigger fish to fry going forward. Europe needs to push forward and focus on catching up
