Netflix has another show to add to their list of massive list of worldwide successes with Wednesday, the Addams Family spinoff from Tim Burton.
Wednesday definitely raises some questions though. Like why is Wednesday the only non-normal person at a school full of monsters? Why does she simultaneously love horrible stuff while actively trying to stop horrible stuff from happening? Why does the guy who hates magic use so much magic? Why is Goody Addams named Addams?!

Just finished episode 4 of Season 2. The sow is more of a mystery story. In a couple weeks, we'll see the final four episodes of Season 2. Hope there's a Season 3. My favorite character is Enid (1:38). She's the perfect counterpoint to Wednesday's dark character. Other than being a werewolf, that is.
Thanks to this Pitch Meeting, more of Season 2 makes sense, because I'd forgotten many of the plot points from Season 1.

I love the super quick "Hey-shut-up" when producer guy points out an obvious movie flaw to writer guy. He actually does it a couple of times in this one. 😂 👍

It is very interesting to see just how many monsters have been defanged over the years. With their lore becoming less dark over the years and the idea of them trying to act more human as a survival tactic because of modern technology. So much so that this show had to pull from a monster that's been almost untouched, excluding LoXG, and in its more "raw" monsterous state.

In the actual show, Gomez was betrothed to Morticia's sister Petunia and met Morticia at his house. When she spoke french, it cleared his sinuses and he loved her.

I dropped the show a short while after she got mad at her father when she heard he killed someone, like doing horrible stuff and considering it normal is the whole point of the addams family
