I didn't know how much i inspired from jamie oliver but i have his non slick frying pan and it's been thru stuff.. like stuff and it's moved cities and stuff i will excpect it to give me cancerous stuff in my fired eggs the first wash i have even put this thing in my dishwasher several times. it holds still nice and slick not even a scratch. i've abused it with dishwasher salts. this is not an ad i'm just amazed love your stuff this is actually a good frying pan don't let uncle roger fool you into getting a wok or some stuff you dont really use
